The Technical university of Gabrovo is a leading institution for education and development of highly qualified human resources. It conducts researches meeting the European standards. Established in 1964, nowadays the Technical university of Gabrovo is a modern European university offering teaching in modern study courses in the area of engineering, technologies, economics, social sciences and administration.
The university provides full-time and part-time training in 3 faculties - the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, the Faculty of Mechanical and Precision Engineering and the Faculty of Economics, supported by the Department for Language and Specialized Training.
In addition, the university offers further training in two centers: the Centre for Postgraduate Qualification and the Centre for Professional Training.
The TU of Gabrovo maintains close cooperation with 71 universities from Europe and Asia, initiates and participates in a great number of European and national research and educational projects.
